This policy explains how NATI-X Consulting handles personal information submitted through consulting.nati-x.com. NATI-X Consulting is the website operator and data controller for enquiries received through this site. Information we collect
The contact form asks for your name, company, business email, subject and message. Phone number is optional. We also record your consent to process the enquiry. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical request information in security and infrastructure logs. We do not send contact-form contents to analytics.
Why we use it
Contact information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, arrange requested conversations, maintain reasonable business records and protect the site from abuse. The usual legal bases are your request to take steps before a possible engagement, consent where applicable, and legitimate interests in operating and securing the website.
Email delivery
The contact endpoint is hosted server-side on Cloudflare and is configured to use Resend as the email delivery processor. The API credential is kept server-side and is never exposed in the browser. Your enquiry may be processed by Cloudflare, Resend and the receiving email provider solely to transmit and secure the message.
Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 is supported only when a measurement ID is configured. Analytics does not load until you choose “Accept analytics.” Rejecting analytics does not affect necessary site functions. Your preference is stored in your browser’s local storage under natix-consent-v1. You can reopen the choices using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses local storage to remember the analytics choice. Google Analytics may set or access analytics cookies only after acceptance. Necessary security and infrastructure mechanisms provided by Cloudflare may operate regardless of analytics choice.
Hosting, security and logs
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process network metadata, IP addresses and security logs to serve content, detect abuse, mitigate attacks and maintain reliability. Those records are governed by Cloudflare’s service terms and retention controls.
Retention
Enquiries should be retained only as long as needed to respond, manage a possible consulting relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve disputes. The site owner should periodically review and delete enquiries that are no longer needed. Analytics retention is controlled in the configured Google Analytics property and should be set to the shortest useful period.
International processing
Cloudflare, Resend, Google and email providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where applicable, their contractual safeguards and data-transfer mechanisms apply.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, withdraw consent, or request a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
